I interviewed 5 different realtors. EffieKhaki was recommended, the others I found on my own. All of the realtors were very nice and I could have chosen any one of the 5. However, Effie was special. Very personable, explained everything as many times as I needed, and obviously loves what she does. Obviously I am content and happy with our choice. I highly recommend Effie.
