This was my SECOND experience with Eileen Belanger. She has been a consummate professional in all transactions with me. At any time there was a need to communicate, she was available even though I was in Pennsylvania or traveling with my air line job. I would not hesitate to suggest this agent to others and I would call her first should I have occasion to do another Real Estate transaction in her region! I found it extremely useful that offers could be considered (there were at least four!) and countered via email. Electronic signature capability made every transaction happen as quickly as if I had been in Lake Wales, FL throughout the entire process. In addition to being professional, Eileen Belanger is personable--I learned of her new puppy after my closing. What's not to like? Toni Marino provided timely assistance when Eileen Belanger was temporarily unavailable. It was helpful to me that there was always a back up at any time!
