21 Tenace Realty she has been in the same office for 14 years. She works
with sellers, buyers as well as landlords and renters. It is her ultimate goal to make the
process a very smooth and happy one.
Eileen specializes in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, but has done transactions from Vero to Homestead. A resident of Palm Beach County for 30 years now residing in Martin County she knows the area very well. Eileen keeps her finger on the real estate pulse daily. Seller reviewI first met Eileen many years ago when she came to my home in the evening to discuss the renting of my condo in Abacoa. She even offered property management services. She always had my condo rented and handled all the affairs with regards to this. Since I had a great working relationship with Eileen, I had no doubt I could trust her when I decided to sell my condo after working with her for many years. From start to finish Eileen communicated with me every step of the way, listing my condo at a fair price, negotiating offers and inspections. I did not have to give any seller concessions. She navigated title issues when we were found to have two open permits that needed to be closed out. I didn't have to get involved. Eileen handled the Town of Jupiter and facilitated plus met with the appropriate inspectors to get those issues cleared. I have been very pleased working with Eileen and would recommend her to any family and friends who may be selling, buying or renting.

I've lived in Jupiter for over 30 years and she was incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable of the area. I was looking for an apartment after selling my family home in Jupiter and had a tight timeline to acquire an apartment for my daughter and I. She made the paperwork streamlined and requirements easy to move forward quickly due to my time constraints. She always made herself available by either phone or email to address any concerns or questions I had during the rental process and communicated any issues that arose quite effectively. She dealt directly with the landlord and was my point of contact for the lease and was able to find solutions beneficial to both parties when it came to securing the apartment. If it wasn't for Eileen and her continued effort in finding and finalizing a rental lease in such a short amount of time, I wouldn't have had a place to move into. Thank you!!
