I know she had other clients she was working with at the same time but she always made me feel like a priority and balanced her workload very well. She always came across as giving 100%! Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt is very easy to talk to and does a wonderful job handling all aspects of the sale and also manages to keep you smiling along the way! Buyer reviewShe has the passion, knowledge, energy, contacts with lenders, and a sincere desire to help us find the home we needed, on a very limited budget with room for 4 adults. Not a small task! Best realtor I have ever worked with. We will be contacting Eileen again when we are ready to "upgrade". He made herself available 24/7 practically, so I didn't have to worry about time off from a new job. She stayed in touch even when we hit a dry streak of home choices, and she kept the lender in the loopen as needed, which sped up the process, as I got more timely feedback all the way around.

Seller reviewI met Eileen at an open house she was hosting. She was so easy to talk to, and she contacted me the next day to see if there was anything she could for me. We ended up talking on the phone for quite some time, and I decided she was the agent I wanted to use to buy and sell a home. Eileen worked very hard to sell my home. She had to sell it twice as the financing for the first buyers did not go through. She resold it in less than two weeks the second time also. When you first meet her, you know that Eileen is the person you want to help you. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. I have shared her name with many people who I think may need a real estate agent. She will also be helping my daughter find a new home near mine when she moves to Iowa the first of the 2017.
