Elise received her Real Estate License in 1982 and graduated with a BS degree in Marketing from San Jose State University in 1984. She enjoys outdoor activities such as Hiking, Boating, and Golfing. She was mentored by one of the Top Century 21 Agents in all of Northern California and Nevada from 1980-1989 acting as an escrow coordinator and marketing specialist for his sales business at Century 21. It was during that time that Elise learned how to effectively conduct a direct marketing campaign to generate business as well as the importance of successfully marketing the properties and develop the necessary skills to negotiate on behalf of her clients. Looking for a new challenge began to train and manage the sales force at Century 21.
In 2015, Elise chose to become a Full-Time Realtor and believes in creating long term business relationships with her clients by providing exceptional service. Her clients value her because of her follow through efforts and she takes pride in her job by demonstrating a professional attitude with all the Buyers and Sellers she works with. Elise has worked in partnership with Sheryl Shigemasa, another Full-Time Realtor with a wealth of experience since 2007. A majority of their business comes from referrals and helping past clients continue to build their real estate wealth. They are also Certified Relocation Specialists working with such entities as Cartus and Quicken Home Loans to assist their clientele in receiving the best service possible!

Elise went above and beyond to help our family with the house sale in extremely challenging circumstances. Her knowledge of the area, attention to detail and her many trusted contacts who got my home into tip-top shape were invaluable. Elise was always available, she kept me advised regularly, and she answered every question patiently. She helped me know what to spend money on (foundation of home) and what could be left up to the discretion of the buyer. In the end, the home sold in 3 days for $160,000.00 over the asking price and the sale was handled seamlessly, even with the solar contract needing to change hands. Elise has been in the business for decades and is a true professional, but with an alert and tender heart for the human side of selling a home.
