My first purchase with Elvis was very smooth and easy, but at the time I was 22 years old buying my first home and was single with little responsibilities. Fast forward 8 years and I'm now 30 with a family, working graveyards plus 20-30 hours of OT biweekly. My schedule was difficult to deal with, I was difficult to deal with due to a high stress job, and my expectations were pretty firm on what I wanted out of home. Elvis was more than patient with me and worked with me to the best of his ability. When showing homes, Elvis is extremely honest and is not there to just sell you any home. Elvis wants to fit your needs, budget, and gives you and honest insight of the house. I also sold my home through Elvis. Long story short, Elvis handled a difficult buyer and kept me from being discouraged. Integrity means a lot to me which is why I use Elvis and will continue to use him for my home buying needs.
