Buyer reviewWorking with Elyssa Monaghan as our realtor was the best decision we made when looking to buy a house. She was super responsive and always answered our questions in a clear way. Even though the market has been very competitive, Elyssa went above and beyond to find us homes to look at and set up tours. She could quickly and efficiently put together contracts so we could submit offers before some crazy deadlines. I never doubted that she had our best interests in mind when she would make recommendations, or give us feedback on a particular home or part of the contracts. Even after we had an accepted offer, she was still heavily involved in helping us find a lender, schedule inspections, and other miscellaneous items as they came up. Elyssa took what could have been an extremely stressful process and made it as simple and seamless as possible. We will recommend her to anyone we know looking for a realtor, and will work with her again when the time comes.
