Eric Axe was amazingly helpful and patient with the sale of my mother's home. She had moved into a retirement village, and it was up to me to clear, clean, and prepare her home for sale. This was not a small undertaking and took quite some time. It didn't help that I live 2 hours away - meaning my ability to come to the house was limited to weekends or days off. Eric was available every step of the way, providing me with a list of contractors to do some of the work, stopping in and checking out the work and giving me feedback. He was also extremely helpful with my making decisions on what changes to make and improvements to complete, and which might not be worth doing pre-sale. He understood my mother's desires/requirements for sale price and was able to work with me to ensure we were able to achieve it. He was also easily reachable by text or phone call, and kept me apprised of progress all the way through closing. We hit a few bumps along the way, but his work with the buyer's agent as well as the mortgage company ensured that everything worked out.

Eric Axe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area with consideration that I was new to the area. He made it easy to look at as many homes as possible in todays market and helped develop a competitive yet aggressive and appealing enough offer to the seller to get me the home I was looking for. Saw the sign. Placed a call. Eric met us the next day (a Friday) & signed an agreement which he presented to the seller that evening. Seller accepted the terms. We put a deposit down on Monday & everything proceeded quickly without any problems. Smooth sailing all the way. We would definitely recommend Eric to family & friends.
