Buyer reviewEric did an amazing job for us and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the DFW area. He was engaged and responsive, and he kept in close touch with us from our first conversation to the day he met us for our closing. We were buying from a distance, and Eric made time to conduct video tours for us over Zoom since we couldn't visit homes in person. He also provided suggestions for a lender and helped to make sure our paperwork was in order well in advance of our closing date. With Eric's guidance we were lucky enough to have our first offer accepted in a very competitive market. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish and we recommend him without reservation. We look forward to working with Eric again in the future.

Buyer reviewI've worked with Eric Hinton multiple times, both selling and buying houses. I'm fairly new to the area, so his knowledge of DFW has been very helpful. Another thing that has come in handy has been his knowledge of homes. He has more than once pointed out problems with the house we were looking at that could have cost me money down the road. He is personable and is pleasant to work with. Best of all, he is assertive when it comes to making a deal, which has saved/made me money multiple times. I would recommend Eric Hinton to anyone in the DFW area looking for a real estate agent.

We met a few times for various events so we knew he was actively involved in the industry, when the time came to start seriously looking we reached out and met up, went over a lot of options and knew he would be the best person to help guide us through the process. We were not disappointed, he did great for us! We will recommend him to everyone we know who is looking to purchase / sell a home.

Buyer review- Eric Hinton was tenacious through the whole process, he kept me on my toes - Eric Hinton guided me in the right direction for an investment property, sharing the pros and cons of a single family V/s condo, etc. - Eric Hintons' knowledge of the neighborhood and the DFW metroplex, really helped me in weighing in some of the options and deciding on the property quickly.
