Buyer reviewI can't recommend Eric enough. He's an absolute expert in his field, and willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Eric is very attentive, responsive, and astute. He's fantastic at making sure the difficult aspects of the home-buying process aren't felt by his clients; he put in the work to make sure the experience was easy for us. Eric never made me feel like an inconvenience, even when I'd occasionally call or text him at unreasonable hours. Anytime he sent us communication or documents to sign, he explained everything thoroughly and it seemed like his sole focus was making sure we were informed and comfortable. He makes it very clear that he's willing to work for you. I never had second thoughts about hiring him, and I'll absolutely recommend him to everyone I can. If you're looking for a confident, motivated, brilliant and likable realtor who will put you at ease, Eric is definitely your guy!

Seller reviewEric was a excellent realtor. he went above and beyond to get our home sold. we listed it and was sold in 5 days and closed on it in 2 weeks from listing it. he was good at price point of what to list it for. we got more than asking, which was great. Eric is one of the best realtor's I have come accrossed. I would recommend Eric to all my friends and family. i would even recommend Eric to anyone that was looking for a realtor.

Eric was always knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. He offered input as requested and made me feel comfortable and well equipped for each step of the process! His insight, attention to my specific needs, and negotiation skills really set him apart from others. I know who ill be calling for future sales/purchases.

Everything happened quickly and in line with the timeline/expectation that we wanted and discussed. Full communication though the process was great.
