Seller reviewMy family worked with Eric Sherwood three years ago and the entire family liked him so much that we used him Again over a less expensive option. We have never had any agent so quickly responsive before and never had to wait for him to "get back with us" in fact, he was responding to me during a funeral. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic to special needs and makes the experience a piece of cake. I would highly recommend him and in fact, I plan to recommend him as the salesman in an upcoming house sale. He's trustworthy, friendly, and down to earth. My family and I consider him a friend, now. I would recommend no one else, truthfully. We have multiple experiences that were average or dishonest in the past. This guy is the cream of the crop. Our house had an above sales offer within a few hours. I had to do nothing but sign. Easy peasy. He's worth it. And that's a fact.
