Seller reviewErica Gore got our house on the market rapidly and sold it in one day. Her suggested listing price was spot on, though I was skeptical of it at first, thinking that the price point was too high. Erica was absolutely right! Erica organized photography, marketing, and appointments to view our house - all with lightning speed. We appreciated her decision to show the house only via appointments for pre-approved buyers. The house sold immediately. Erica continued her fine work through smoke alarm inspection and closing. At length, she gave US a bottle of champagne and a painting of our home in Winthrop. By rights, the gift-giving should have been the other way around! Our entire experience of working with Erica Gore was the best possible gift!

Buyer reviewIf I had to buy another home I would 100% want Erica as my realtor. She was so nice and friendly and super knowledgeable about the area, she even have me a tour of Winthrop and had recommendations for local establishments. There were some issues with the contract but Erica handled everything and was sending me daily updates to keep me informed. She was so wonderful to work with and I only have positive things to say!
