I got used to losing out on homes, but everything changed when I switched to Century 21 and started working with Erica. In less than two months, I was in my first home. From the start, Erica really listened. I showed her what I wanted, and together we narrowed down what I liked and loved until we found the perfect home. All I had to do was say yes and be ready to move on it. She communicated late at night, on weekends, and coordinated seamlessly with the rest of my team. What stood out most was that Erica truly cared - she was present, in the loop, guiding me while also making sure the decisions were mine. She paid attention to the details I might have missed and always had my best interests in mind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better agent than Erica at Century 21.
