When we decided to list the home for sale I contacted Jan, who shared that she had retired, but referred me to Erick Hanson. When we decided to sell the home we initially listed the home as a For Sale By Owner.....I am a licensed Real Estate Agent working in St. Louis....Erick was one of the agents that I reached out to regarding an Open House that we held prior to listing the home with an agent in Kirksville. That interaction was my introduction to Erick and indicated to me that he had an interest in both the home and the possibility of listing it as well. We were pleased with Erick. He was an excellent communicator and we were able to sell the home fairly quickly at a sales price that we were happy with. We would refer him in the future.
