Buyer reviewAs a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the whole process...what to look for, what to ask for, when to do things. Erick Hanson was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process and answered all my questions. He helped me find a house I love and deal with some hiccups along the way. I've heard some horror stories, but my experience with Erick was truly pleasant and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Kirksville.

Buyer reviewErick Hanson was not pushy, was very informative, honest, available, and went out of his way to help. We were not in town the few weeks leading up to closure. Thus, Erick was able to supply all info related to closing such as setting up utilities. In fact, Erick went to city hall on our behalf to set up utilities that could not be set up over phone/internet. Outstanding! He also had our home inspected by a friend that has had experience in that field. Being somewhat concerned of his friend being too forgiving during inspection, to so call "help make the sale," I also hired a professional inspector...Both inspections came to similar conclusions. Thus, I know that Erick Hanson has your best interest in mind, and is honest. An attribute that may be difficult to come across in the real-estate world.
