Over our marriage my husband and I have worked with many realtors for a variety of different purchases - 4 homes, office condos, land, and several motor homes. None of these realtors could come to first base with Erin. She is very knowledgeable about the property, the area and the park and provided this information to us. Erin was always available to us to answer any questions and returned phone calls immediately unless she was with another client. She also coordinated our purchase with the seller, park manager and the lawyer! Some of this was "complicated" at times but Erin remained pleasant throughout all of it and "fought" for our interests- and won! She is dedicated to her profession and we highly recommend her and would definitely call her for future real estate needs.

She immediately separated herself from other agents by engaging and coming to our home a couple hours after our initial discussion. She knows the business well and acted aggressively to take action and help get things done. She has as extensive contact list for service contractors to help us get the house ready for sale.
