Buyer reviewI was a first time home buyer and Erin Ryckman helped me every step of the way, day or night, in any way I needed. Erin Ryckman had us tour homes to get a feel of the types of the homes there are. She did a really good job on finding what we needed as a family. Erin showed us a ranch style home and we were really hesitant on the features of the home and we didn't want to see it, but she insisted and it is the house we fell in love with and ended up purchasing. She is an outstanding realitor and I would use her again in a heartbeat!

After meeting with Erin for the first time I was instantly more comfortable. She clearly puts a lot of time into research. I was very impressed by her knowledge of the small details that turned out to make a big difference. She has a knack for negatiation. I really felt like I had someone fighting for me every step of the way. I never felt pressure to put in an offer or move forward at anytime. Erin went above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home/property. I love my new condo!
