Seller reviewI decided to list with Ethan after attempting to sell my property FSBO. Ethan was upfront with a realistic strategy and stayed in constant contact every step of the way. I truly appreciated the fact that Ethan listened to my suggestions and opinions and made me feel included in the process. When unexpected issues came up, Ethan and his team were ontop of them to make sure the sale went through. I would, 100%, use Ethan's services again and highly recommend Ethan to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home.

This was our first home purchase, and he took the time to thoroughly go through all details and make us feel comfortable. We viewed many houses and put multiple offers on different houses before we finally got ours, and once we had our offer accepted he was very helpful. He made sure we knew what we needed to do before the closing date and helped give good resources as well. Highly recommend Ethan!

Seller reviewEthan is outstanding! We bought a property and that went extremely smooth and sold the property and that was very complicated. It was complicated because there were several things about the house that we weren't aware of. And it was dividing a farm residence offered to its own parcel. This involves a lot of work with the county surveyors, etc. He was more than helpful. He was always available for questions! He made everything easy for my mother who is 86 years old. He was always professional always on time always accessible, really I don't know that I could say anything that didn't go extremely well that he managed. I know on our end. We messed up on a few things… Lol. Anyway I will only use Ethan Hokel and Century 21 if we ever buy yourself property again.
