Seller reviewGenia was honest and straight forward with me and my expectations from the beginning. I would ask and she would give me the hard facts. At times, I didn't always like what she had to say, but who doesn't want more for their house? But if it doesn't warrant that price, I would want to know up front and that is what Genia is...an upfront girl!! My experience was wonderful and I would recommend anyone to go with Genia!!

We never once felt like we were just a paycheck to her. I loved that she was so quick to text, call, email, or meet and it kept our house search moving along nicely. We were never pressured towards something we weren't sure about, and when we did finally find our dream home she made sure we saw it a few different times, at different times of the day, and even up to closing to make sure it was really our dream home. I highly recommend genia to anyone who wants an awesome realtor. She does her job and she does it very well. I won't think twice about seeking her out in the future. It was a pleasure to work with her!
