I met Ewa on a plane trip to FL which I had made specifically to meet with another broker. During the flight, Ewa (knowing I had already engaged with another broker) unselfishly shared various general insights and pointers I could use when shopping for a new home. As it turns out, original broker (not Century 21) did not perform well on first outing, so I called and met with Ewa that very afternoon. She adjusted her schedule for me, knowing my time was limited. Ewa goes above standard in all areas to ensure they are followed up on, and flawless. If any corrections are needed, Ewa takes full accountability to ensure they are made. She is excellent in her follow-up, which is very rare! I have purchased and sold many properties in my lifetime and Ewa is the best agent I have ever used. I have very high standards of performance and low tolerance for mediocrity. Ewa held up from the beginning to the end, six months later, from original viewings, a contract that we entered and exited from, inspections, rental arrangements, to introductions to various contractors for remodel work. She's incredible. I don't know what else to add :). Remarkable professionalism, poise, dedication to excellence. Ewa loves what she does, and it shows.

As it was not my first purchasing of property, the overall experience of the process was as expected and very professional on both financing and closing process.
