Seller reviewalready had let many other agents know about the property before it was fully listed; pictures of the property (especially kitchen) were great; made good recommendations on what to do/not to do, made everything easy for me; seemed to take my desire to sell to a homebuyer or family (rather than investor) into account; was very supportive throughout the whole process when I decided to sell Fernando was recommended to me by the Property Mgmt side of the Mike Bowman business, since Mike Bowman managed the property as a rental -- --- and he did a great job. Good selection on my behalf -- sensitive to likely buyers, good understanding of the area market and pros/cons, good negotiator on my behalf, very prompt in responding to calls and texts, supportive and good explainer of the entire sales process such a warm personality!! :) very professional always; persistent in following up with me even when I was busy at work and didnt have time to respond right away.
