Buyer reviewPositive, up-beat attitude, without over selling him self was a key ingredient to buying my new house! Mr. Martinez always has a feel for neighborhood pricing! Types of houses and safety features were aspects of his communication style. Always staying in a position to keep communication between seller, buyer and escrow running smooth was a plus! Mr. Martinez is a pro! No issues to state! Mr. Martinez was the driving engine on this deal!

Buyer reviewWhen we started this process Frank Martinez was a stranger. Frank's personality was understanding he cared for my family's needs and he was very personable. As the process became draining and emotions ran high for a pregnant wife and sometimes felt like giving up. He was very patient he never became frustrated he genuinely cared for my family. I would now like to think of Frank Martinez as a Family friend and would high recommend him to friends & family who are look for a great realtor. My husband has a crazy work schedule only available at late night and on Sunday's we took time away from Franks own Family time but never did he make it seem like a hassle. He always seemed to make time to show us numberous houses till we found our Home.

Seller reviewSelling our house was a scary thought at first, but Frank Martinez walked us through the process and broke down every bit of information we needed. He was at our house almost every weekend for a month doing open houses, until we finally got it sold. He sent out flyers and put our house in a magazine. Can't get any better service anywhere else.
