Seller reviewImmediately after meeting and speaking with him I felt a strong confidence in his ability, experience in the area and professional approach to marketing our house. I rarely even fill out surveys but I must say that Gary went so far above and beyond what I have ever experienced in any salesman, nevermind the handful of realtors I've dealt with over the past 30+ years of buying and selling properties. Most realtors show up intially and disappear. I felt like Gary was at our side from start to finish and we had some inspection issues that were of concern and he pulled in an expert that made the issues go away without me having to do a thing! I can promise that if I ever buy or sell another property there is only one person I would ever use and that is Gary. I will also advise anyone in our area to only go to Gary as I've never met anyone so knowledgable and driven to take care of his clients as Gary. I wish I had employees working for me like him! There is absolutely nothing more that I could imagine Gary could have done for me. Best service I've gotten from anyone in as long as I can remember.

Gary made every effort to attend all aspects of the sale, no matter how small. If he couldn't attend a meeting, inspection, walk through, etc, one of his knowledgeable staff were there. Gary and his entire team have keen knowledge of the area and the market and knew what we needed to do to get the price we wanted in the timeframe we needed. Gary knows everyone in and around the business. He always has referrals for inspectors, contractors, lawyers, etc. and everyone he recommended to us was excellent.
