Seller reviewI live in Calif., but I was selling my mother's home in Palos Park, Il. The home was in deplorable condition. George Venturella came to the rescue! I came across his name during a Google search while we were in Illinois trying to figure out what to do with the house. I reached out to George via cell phone, and he happened to be within a short driving distance. From our first conversation, I could tell that he knew what he was doing when it came to preparing and selling a home. Over the course of many months, he coordinated a complete remodel of my mom's house. He communicated with me in Calif. excellently, even sending pictures of the remodel. Once the beautiful remodel was complete, George aggressively marketed the home to get the best price possible. Over time, he reduced the price, which kept interest in the home constant. Real estate sales always have a few "bumps" before closing. George skillfully handled all issues, resulting in a fair sale price for the home.
