Seller reviewGerry Jones worked with my daughter on the purchase of her first home two and a half years ago. Gerry was patient and understanding and helped my daughter have a realistic understanding of what homes would work within their budget. When my husband and I decided to sell, there was no question that Gerry was our first call. She quickly came up with comps and helped us price our home. She was very helpful with ideas of what needed to be done to get our house ready for sale without putting us under pressure. Gerry worked with the photographer and did an awesome job of putting our listing together. Her descriptions and wording on the listing made me want to buy the house all over again! Her advice with regard to contract negotiation was great. I would recommend Gerry to anyone who wants to sell or purchase a home. She made it a quick, painless, and very rewarding experience!
