Gibran was an excellent partner in the sale of my home. He listened to my concerns and suggestions, and gave me great advice. He was easy to work with. I appreciated the apps that he used to keep me involved in the showings, giving me the option of how involved I wanted to be. I do not think this could have gone as well as it did with any other agent. I felt, and feel, that Gibran Young is a very down to earth, honest and caring person, and it showed in the way he handled this transaction. I also appreciate that Gibran used a digital lockbox, which he said allowed him to see when the keys were being accessed. My property was as safe with him as it was with myself. I have already recommended Gibran by name, and he would be my first choice the next time I buy or sell a home.

Buyer reviewGibran was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process, and as first time home buyers it was a relief to work with someone so knowledgeable and professional. Gibran keeps a flashlight on him when he shows houses. For me, this was when I realized we had an excellent agent. Gibran didn't just do the basic tour of the house. He thoroughly inspects it and points out details I wouldn't have thought to check. Every single house we toured, Gibran would get his flashlight and check the manufacturing and last service dates on water heaters and furnaces. He would check every corner of the basements and explain any potential issues. His attention to detail and desire to ensure we knew everything there was to know about a property proves he cares about his job and the people he serves. Gibran was a pleasure to work with. He was always prepared, always knew the answers to every question, and really helped guide us through the entire home buying process.
