Gina Swanson and Taylor Hird helped us find and buy our first home. We reached out to Gina after having spent considerable time looking, having made several offers that didn't work out, and having experienced great difficulty in finding the right thing. The sellers had an interest in selling pre-listing, and we loved the home and had an interest in avoiding more bidding wars, waiving appraisals, etc... and what a match. Still can't believe they found our house for us under these market circumstances, and they put in an admirable amount of work and effort to make it happen. Throughout the negotiation and contracting process, Gina and Taylor spent time with us making sure we understood the process and helped us effectively work through back and forth with the sellers to reach a mutually favorable result for all involved. The team is incredibly patient and caring, and we feel so fortunate to have found them and worked with them. Gina and Taylor have a deep knowledge of the Des Moines housing market, and both of them put in considerable effort to help our family, something for which we are very grateful. They are both consummate professionals, and we would highly recommend either/both of them. If we ever sell our home, we'll go with them, and have already mentioned them to several friends and will continue to do so. Nothing but good things to say.
