I've had the pleasure to work with him with selling a rental property and he is very trustworthy and provides beyond excellent services. More recently he's helped in purchasing property and he far exceeds his peers in making sure you're taken care of, negotiating the price, and completing the purchase. I told him my requirements and he showed me nothing but things that checked a lot of my boxes, and eventually showed me the house I purchased, was always willing to help on anything I needed and since I currently live out of town was very helpful! Gets a 10 in my book!!!?
