Seller reviewMy husband and I purchased piece of land in Vernon Twp in 1981 with the prospects of building on it in the future. We decided to sell it about 5-6 years ago and had it listed with another brokerage. With no results after 2-3 years and having received a flyer from Century21 Geba realty, decided to list with them. I spoke with Gwendolyn and explained the issues that we were having on selling this piece of land. She gave me Gloria's name to,assist with selling it. Gloria listed the property and kept me informed of any progress / buyers over several months. She also helped me to address issues we were having with the property. It was a small piece of property and had an association fee. After several prospects , we were successfully able to sell the property within 6-7 months! Gloria handled everything for me especially since I didn't live in the area and also was not computer knowledgeable. Gloria was always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and a new friend!
