Although we were in town for one day, Gonca showed us a variety of options within our price, and helped guide us to our dream home! She made the process seamless, and gave us sound advice throughout the process. Gonca negotiated with the Sellers and got us the house for less than expected, and helped us to close in less than 30 days. We have worked with Gonca many times over the last few years and really find her to be the best. She is hard working, dedicated and available, as well as being a really nice person.

We feel she went above and beyond what she needed to do and we extremely thankful for it. Without her willingness to work with our schedule, we would not have been able to see the house, and in turn, would not have been able to purchase it.
