My husband and I owned vacant land near Lebanon MO--we live in Idaho. She did a market analysis and discussed with me her results in a matter of 36 hours. Once the estate was near closure, I called Gracie to start the process to put the land on the market in January 2017. Gracie worked through all the issues that came up with access to the road, survey of property lines, showing the property, and talking with potential buyers. She was fantastic at negotiating and gave me very sound advice and facts to help me make a good decision. She was very understanding and patient with me when the process got confusing--she helped clear the fog and I felt I could totally trust her with the dealing process. We were able to close a deal about 4 weeks after putting it on the market for 3.3 times what we originally paid for it and in cash. She helped orchestrate the closure, sending offers/contracts back and forth with electronic signature capability---it was smooth, professional--handling all my questions and explaining the process perfectly!
