Buyer reviewGreg Connarn is hands down among the best realtors in the Northern VA area. I've had the pleasure of working with Greg for several real estate transaction and it is always a pleasure. His innate ability to understand his customer's needs made him an invaluable resource when I needed to purchase a new home this year. We started our process way in advance as his experience and instincts led to his understanding that this would be a challenging market for buyers. Once I found the right property, Greg's advice on making the right offer in this seller's market was right on point. Long story short, I got the house I wanted. His service did end there. Greg's approach is hands on when it comes to the inspection process and he asked all the right questions (most of which had not even occurred to me) so that I could properly assess if this home was indeed, a good buy. And it was! And I could not be happier. Highly recommend Greg for anyone's real estate needs.

Seller reviewWithout question Greg Connarn is the best agent I could have chosen. In EVERY regard. If he were a Doctor, he would be my Doctor. If he were a Lawyer, he would be my Lawyer. I am fortunate beyond expression that he is a Real Estate Agent though, because that is what I needed at this time. The transaction went smoothly from beginning to end - his performance was flawless. He managed the sale of my townhouse completely: from my tenants moving out, to renovating the house, to marketing, selling and closing the sale. There were two unusual complicating circumstances: (1) I live in another State so Greg had the full burden and (2) It was a 1031 Tax-Free Exchange with the purchased home in a third State. Many things could have gone wrong, but NOTHING did! Greg is consciencious to a fault, with integrity one doesn't often find. Makes me want to buy/sell more real estate so I can work with him again.

From the beginning I felt he listened to my needs and understood the area I was listing in with far greater knowledge than the other agents. At closing Greg went above and beyond when my movers fell through to keep closing in track and even assisted in finding a new moving company. He was very flexible with the times that I could meet and was always available to speak with me regarding any questions I might have had. If he didn't know the answer to something he would do the research and get back to me very quickly. I feel that Greg Connarn went out of his way for me and I appreciate everything that he did! Last year, I tried to buy a house and it didn't work out with the numbers so instead he helped me look for a place to rent for a year. I was having a hard time finding a place to rent that he even took me to look at an apartment (which he didn't have to do). When I was able to finally look for houses again I didn't think twice about who to see. Greg picked up from where we left off and during the whole time I was renting he kept sending me houses to look at. Thank you so much Greg Connarn!
