I put my home up for sale by owner and had no luck so I hired Heather Korn to list it for me. Within one week, I had an offer and within another few days, we came to an agreement. Heather actually called me while she was on vacation! Heather helped me get my home ready to put it on the market and made a few suggestions that helped the house look good for the buyers. She was prompt in getting back to me as well as returning emails to the buyer's realtor. Heather helped me through the home inspection and the closing process. She made sure that I had all of the paperwork organized and all of my home repair receipts available. She also let me know what I needed to pass the fire inspection.
