Heidi is a full-time licensed real estate agent in Florida and also in New York and has expertise in helping both southern and northern buyer and seller needs. The southern lure finally captured Heidi's heart after many years of traveling to the Tampa Bay area to visit family. She fell in love with the weather, bountiful sunshine, the water views and palm trees. This is where she decided to make her new home. Heidi loves going to the gym, kayaking, biking, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends and the beach.

Buyer reviewHeidi was excellent to work with. She was very patient and never pushed me to buy something just to make a sale. We had prior submitted a couple offers that I ended up backing out of because the property wasnt right and she was really flexible about it. When we did find the house she helped negotiate the price to about 50K under asking, and made addendums to the agreement for the seller to fix defects prior to closing. Heidi really helped me feel confident that this was a smart move. With the comps we saw we were getting a great price for an awesome house in a prime location and at a price we could afford. Heidi was excellent with communication and was available whenever I called to ask a question. I appreciate the thoroughness and realness regarding the house, she was genuinely happy to keep showing me properties if this one didn't feel right, but I'm really glad we went for it because it is the perfect place for my wife and I. 10/10 would recommend Heidi to my friends and family.
