Seller reviewThis was a real partnership! The best one I've experienced selling a home. One that needs to be patented and duplicated!! We received several offers within the first week. I didn't have to settle. I received asking price. When a seller presents a highly marketable product as I did to a Selling Broker who develops a marketing and pricing strategy that maximizes the sellers effort, as Helen Hunt did, the outcome is nothing but positive. Such was the case here. I presented an "HGTV" ready home that showed on the internet (thanks to the Broker's awesome photographer) as beautiful as it did in person. The seller, broker and buyer walked away totally pleased with the outcome. This is how Real Estate is done! Realtors are not magicians. They cannot make your home sale for more than the market can bear. Do your part in getting the home ready then choose a brilliant broker like Helen Hunt and "team" (the weapon!), you will get the best outcome. Helen, you and Greg are off the chain awesome.

Seller reviewWas very quick to get us comps in the area for comparison. Did not speak negatively about the fact that this property was one of the largest in the neighborhood. Always responded quickly to any questions that we had. Contacted us more than once and we realized that this broker was actually very interested in helping us. She listened to us when we told her that we would be interested in selling "As Is" if they found a buyer quickly, which she did. She helped us with our negotiations and kept us on track. Did a great job. Found us a buyer in about 1 week and from contract to closing was 30 days. Excellent service.
