2 years ago, I hit several roadblocks in looking for a rental in Laguna Woods, and the agents I had initially contacted were less than responsive. I was in luck when I found Holly Downs. She quickly navigated all roadblocks, did all the leg work, and found me the perfect rental. She also managed all negotiations on my behalf and made the signing process so easy. Now, 2 years later, when I was ready to buy a condo, I knew who to call. As a Laguna Woods Specialist, Holly clearly knows how to navigate the additional processes required when purchasing a home in Laguna Woods. She was always cheerful and her bubbly personality put me at ease from the start. As I was out of town throughout the entire process of locating and buying this property, I put my trust in Holly. She found the exact unit I was looking for and I purchased it sight unseen! When I returned to California, she met me at my new home with the keys, and I was pleasantly surprised because the property was much nicer than I had expected. I highly recommend Holly because she is dedicated, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and offers excellent customer service.

She was recommended by my sister who had purchased a condo in LW within the year and had such a good experience wirh Holly that there was no question of finding someone else Things were handeled so professioally that she was able to meet our request to close escrow in less than 30 days The seller chose the escrow agent, but when there was a need to resolve anything, Holly provided the guidance to meet my needs with that escrow company. If I had a question or needed help, Holly was immediately resposive and there was nothing she did not resolve almost immediately Given my sister's past experience in dealing with another agen than Holly, and the problems that can arise with the HOA, Holly made any of those issues almost invisible and knew how to get the HOA what they needed asap to expedite the quick close.
