Seller reviewI cannot recommend Holly Downs strongly enough. When we moved my mother into assisted living, my family and I were lost as to how to take on selling her house. Holly stepped in promptly steered a course for us. From day one, Holly provided highly knowledgeable advice on what degree to improve our property, quickly prepared a spreadsheet of comps, and even took the lead on a number of home repairs we were too busy to coordinate. She is a genuine godsend and has earned our wholehearted stamp of approval. I honestly can't say enough good things about her services: responsive, transparent, experienced, connected, friendly--the list goes on and on.

Kept the property (patio) always cleaned from debris, also handled any requested repairs during the sale. I could have not ask for a better agent!!
