Buyer reviewHolly Romanowski very patiently showed us multiple houses which required her to devote a lot of time to us on multiple days over multiple seasons. After this time and effort on her part, we would only return to her and not another real estate broker. We felt that she understood our needs. We were fortunate to have found Holly Romanowski. We are happy with our home and every day we can see the wisdom of her advice and guidance. Briefly before we met Holly, another company's broker insisted that we follow advice to purchase a house a block away from Minnesota Ave., backing up to a hectic business on Minnesota. This person never met us and may have misjudged us because of our age. The sellers were living in another state. The buyers were living in another state. This required more effort on Holly's part but she negotiated gracefully and explained all the documents.
