Her empathy for the loss of my mother was very important to me. I never lacked confidence in her ability to get the job done. She effortlessly pivoted when the first buyer fell through and had another buyer within a week. She explained everything step by step and made sure that I understood what I needed to do and what next steps were. I also want to say that the only reason it took longer was because of me. I was going through a very difficult time with having to deal with the house and the whole situation. As soon as I finally got the house ready, she was on it immediately!!!! I couldn't have done any of it without her.
