Buyer reviewHe didn't try to send me listing that were out of my range like all the other brokers. He didn't exhaust us with too many listing at one time. He ALWAYS answered the phone no matter how many times we called or how late we called. He answered all of our question promptly. And every showing was better than the last, so that showed us that he was really paying attention. He also followed up very quickly. He was very honest and forthcoming. He feels like family now. He was extremely detailed while addressing our previous concerns. If he couldn't answer our question about the area our property, he made it a point to find out & usually called us on the phone before we even got back home to answer our question. Jacob Ross was a go getter! He found our DREAM HOUSE in only 3 SHOWINGS ! We had been looking for over 2½ years !
