Jackie was the first to respond to a query about the home we were considering buying. She made everything happen! We saw the property the next morning and had an offer accepted the next day. She made sure all of the necessary things happened on time and handled communication as we decided which lender to use. Jackie gave us great advice in preparing our house for sale and was right on target with the price. We received and accepted an over asking price. Could not have been happier to have Jackie for our agent. She also was our agent in purchasing our current home and could not have been more patient in helping us find just the right multi-generational home. Century 21 was very prompt in contacting us once we made it apparent we were shopping for a realtor. Jackie was not only personable, knowledgeable, and patient, but also straight forward and honest. She gave us the answers we asked for even if they weren't what we wanted to hear. Specifically, when it came to our post occupancy, which we ended up needing desperately to move once we closed. She was forth coming with her opinion, and I'm glad we took her advice. On top of that, she had to deal with the buyer's agent who was less than honest about their knowledge of the post occupancy. She helped us find our house when we were feeling like every opportunity was flying out of the window. And she was a great source of knowledge when we were considering offers on our home. I would recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a home. She was funny and smart and worked so hard for us! We loved Jackie!!! I explained prior to, in regards to the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. Jackie was just amazing! She went above and beyond on the post occupancy and put our new home on our radar when we had no idea it was even there. She never made us feel uncomfortable. She was honest with her opinion and forth coming with her advice. She knew everything she should have and then some. Her patience never faltered, and her attitude was always bright and open. Sandy helped us with the closing paperwork of both houses and she was a consummate professional. She explained everything clearly and was patient in answering our questions. Kudos again! Despite my stress level being through the roof... And that's no reflection on them.... I would certainly go back to them for help on our next home purchase. It was nothing but positives from the beginning, and the reassurance I got from working with a professional like Jackie was a great comfort.
