Buyer reviewJake literally answered my questions at any time of day or night. He encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything. He always made sure to get back to me within a day. Usually he got back to me within 15 minutes to an hour! No question was too big or too small. He was understanding of the stress that buying a house can bring, and he was very considerate at every point. It was really helpful to have that consistent communication throughout the process. Jake and Century 21 will work extremely hard for you! It was honestly the best process and I would recommend them to anyone.

My kids loved him and he was very good at listening to them as well. We also appreciated his honesty when looking at houses and the perfect hunting property. He was the perfect realtor as he wasn't afraid to put on his boots and examine the hunting property with us. We would definitely go through Jake and Century 21 again for any other real estate needs in the future

We started looking at buying a house but flipped to land to build on through the process. He didn't even bat an eye just shifted what we were looking for and helped with the new goal. 10/10 would use again.

Moving to the area Jake made the process of purchasing so easy for us: he was prompt to respond, very knowledgeable of the homes we looked and the area, very organized and kept us informed every step of the way. He was very patient with us as we looked at numerous homes, and was very accommodating to quickly schedule showings same/next day, once we found "the one" he was very prompt in moving forward with the home buying process. I highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a realtor!!
