James was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. He began in the business of real estate as an investor buying and selling everything from low income properties to luxury homes. James then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as he enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership.
James has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers and is an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. One of his strongest assets is his ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. James is also a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of Alton Clark Realty's listings. As a result of having these skills, James is able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home.
James graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Masters Degree Suma Cum Laude. He's an avid sportsman who enjoys baseball, golf, hunting, and fishing. He's the proud father of two beautiful children and is married to the love of his life who just so happens to be his real estate partner, Christine Clark.

Seller reviewJames Clark excelled in all areas of what I was expecting in the sale of our home. He came to our home almost as soon as we called. He let us know that he had our interests in mind , sat and talked to us as almost family. He talked about his family and listened as we talked about ours. He was very knowledgeable and confident about selling our home for top price. James Clark and his wife, Christina, kept us informed on each step of the selling process. It took a lot of stress off our shoulders with the knowledge and confidence they had in the whole process. We are extremely thankful and happy that we were blessed with getting James and Christina Clark. Our home sold so fast , much faster than we thought! We will definitely be sharing our experience with others wanting to sell their home.

Seller reviewJames was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of selling/marketing the house. HIs advice and knowledge was head and shoulders above all other realtors we considered. I was so impressed with his accessibility! Always quick to respond, always so patient with questions, cares and concerns. Knowing he is very busy, I never expected such quick response time. I so appreciated his timeliness, and approachability! After reviewing James marketing plan, I knew this was a "no brainer". Again, he was miles above the other realtors we considered! You know when you are dealing with someone who knows the industry vs an expert. James was the last realtor that we consulted. He is truly an expert in his field! I have sold a few properties and this one was by far the easiest sale, and best experience. No sale is without some sort of bump in the road, but having James as our Broker, we listened to him, took his advice, and let the situation play out. His advice was on target. 5 Gold Stars! Before meeting James, there were 3 other realtors in contention. After meeting James, reviewing his marketing plan, and hearing his ideas, we knew he was the one for us! He did not disappoint in any way. I strongly recommend using James Clark/CENTURY 21 Alton Clark!
