Seller reviewJim was absolutely fantastic. We were nervous about selling. The house was a very unique property in a somewhat rural area. We were also trying to close on our new home, so it was all overwhelming. Jim priced the property appropriately and fingers were crossed. Within 24 hours we had a showing and within 48 hours we had multiple offers! Within the week we selected the best bid and we were completely satisfied with the offer! Jim literally took all the cares and worries about selling out home away... walked us through it all. We also used Jim in buying our new home. He was like an "old friend" as we looked at several houses and helped us find our dream home. If your looking for an agent to either buy or sell a house, we HIGHLY recommend Jim!
