Seller reviewWe had a great experience with Jamie Brown at age 21, We had a house that needed quite a bit of work because it was a rental for over 20 years. I could call Jamie at any time to have her come by and take a look at our progress, and she would let us know if we needed to do any more upgrades. She was always easy to contact, and because we were out of town, she would swing by and check on the house to make sure any workers were completing the job satisfactorily. Jamie had some professional pictures taken, and we ended up with five offers in the first couple of days. Jamie had to explain to us the difference between the offers. Such as the financing requirements of the buyers. She wanted us to know all the reasons why one offer might be better than another. Everything went smoothly, and we are extremely happy with the service we received. We have five more houses in Indianapolis, and as they become ready to sell, we will definitely be calling Jamie again.
