Seller reviewJamie Christensen was very helpful, patient and understanding with us during a trying time for our family. We were selling the home my parents had lived in for over 60 years. Jamie Christensen understood what it meant to our family and worked hard to find a buyer who hopefully would turn it into their forever home. I did not have to worry about one thing because I knew whatever would come up Jamie would take care of it. She made this process stress free for me. I was out of town a lot throughout this process and Jamie just took care of everything for me as if it were her own house she was selling. Jamie Christensen went through every line of the contract and made sure I understood it completely and encouraged any questions I may have had. Jaime worked so hard for us, kept us informed in a timely manner (we were moving back to Bismarck from another state, so this was super important). She listened to our needs and showed us the best properties that would give us the best "fit". We had a lots of fun, found the perfect house, and would recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a realtor that does extra for clients!

Buyer reviewIt was a long distance purchase because we lived out of state. Jamie called or texted us everytime something meeting our needs came on the market. She listened to our needs and looked at properties for us doing FaceTime walk throughs so I could decide if it was worth flying to ND to look at something. She was extremely responsive even during evenings and weekends. Our relator in CO selling our house was really lame compared to Jamie. Her advice about pricing strategy was spot on. We wouldn't have gotten our dream house without her.
