Seller reviewJamie recently helped me purchase a condo before I sold my house so this was my second transaction with him. He was just as helpful and knowledgeable as a seller's agent as he was when I was the buyer. Jamie keeps an open line of communication, he's fast and efficient, and he always keeps his clients' best interest in mind over his own. I would recommend him to anyone in the Traverse City area!

So we decided to request his service again. Same result occurred this time. Our condo sold within 2 weeks and at a good price point for us. Jamie always gives good advise if you have any questions. He also provides guidance if their is a problem with your buyer and honest feedback on ways to make your home sell faster. Jamie is a very professional Real Estate agent. Always on time and completes what he says he's going to do. All paperwork was handled in a timely manner. The condo was up on multiple listing extremely fast. Photographer was scheduled ASAP too!

After I was out-bid on one property, Jamie was able to use his connections to get me in to see another place and make an offer before it even hit the market. After my offer was accepted he helped streamline the whole closing process and was always quick to answer my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). I have been very satisfied with his services and would definitely recommend him.
