Seller reviewWhen I approached Jan about listing my house and property , she was enthusiastic and immediately started asking questions about the property and what my expectations were. Within minutes, I knew I had the right person for the job. She began to formulate a plan. She gave me a list of things I should do to prepare the property and house to make it sell quickly and provide perceived value. We followed that plan to a "T". It Worked. She was informative and patient as I had never sold a property before. So I had complete trust in her experience and professionalism. She fully explained the offer and buy up from from the seller to get their points down. Very confusing part of Real Estate for me. She negotiated for me the best price and I'm very satisfied with her performance. I couldn't have had a better representative on my behalf. She is my Real Estate agent from now on. Thank you Jan.
