Seller reviewWe moved away from our home in Simsbury in 2020 and kept it as a rental property until 2024. Jana Petano managed the property during that time, finding tenants, keeping on top of maintenance, recommending repairs and upgrades to the house, etc. When we decided to sell the house, Jana ensured that the entire process ran smoothly and kept us informed of each step along the way. Her knowledge of the area and of local service-providers, her attention to detail, and her clear, helpful communication are great assets. We would not hesitate to recommend Jana to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Although I quickly realized that property was not for me, Jana checked all the boxes for the buying agent I was looking for. She is patient and not pushy, she shares her wealth of expertise and experience and points out areas of concern that her buyer may not have thought of or have knowledge of. She's so very thorough! We simply clicked which made my home search incredibly enjoyable! It was easy to see her passion in her chosen career!
