It felt as though we were her most important clients and took priority in us (although I'm sure all of her clients felt that way). Janae understood our situation and tried to help us have reasonable expectations while also aiming above where we originally thought we could land. She understood the market, took our recommendations and priorities to heart when we requested things, and was very patient with us. We would, and very likely will, use Janae again in the future!

She is ambitious, hard working, and knowledgeable in the real estate business - but also very sensitive to the seller's individual needs and boundaries. She treated me with respect in organizing showings of the property and was encouraging when the home stayed on the market for a little longer than I expected.
